About this website

This site is operated by MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd to describe our consulting and training services and to let prospective clients get in touch. It is mainly informational. Some training courses can also be bought online. Payment for those is taken by Paystack, and MK Global does not receive or store your card details.

Online course purchases and the Management Development Programme

Self-paced courses are delivered by an access link sent to the email address you give at checkout. The Management Development Programme is a facilitated programme delivered on Zoom. After you pay, we email your enrolment confirmation and contact you to agree your orientation session. You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund within 7 days of confirmation, or at any time up until the live orientation session starts, whichever is later. Full refunds are processed without any administrative or payment deductions within 30 days of cancellation. After the 7-day statutory window has passed and orientation has commenced, payments are non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another individual. To cancel or transfer, write to solutions@mkglobal.co.za. This programme is available exclusively for individual learner enrolment and purchase via our website. Learners are expected to complete all ten modules and associated assessments within 6 months of commencement; MK Global may grant extensions at its discretion. MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for workplace competency decisions made by assessing managers, nor for how learners apply course principles within their employing organisations. All course materials, presentations and documentation remain the intellectual property of MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd. Unauthorised distribution, reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited. The certificate issued on completion is an MK Global Certificate of Completion. It is not a registered or accredited qualification. The programme is a workplace skills development programme for educational purposes. It does not give legal, human resources or statutory compliance advice, and employers and learners remain responsible for complying with South African labour, health and safety and data protection law and for following their own policies, procedures and registered disciplinary code.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between you and MK Global, and does not obligate you to proceed with any engagement. Our standard process, as described on this site: we aim to call within two working days, offer a walkthrough at our cost, and provide a written scope with fixed pricing before any commitment is required.

The content of this site, including text, the MK Global Method™ description, logo and design, belongs to MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may view and share it for your own reference, but not reproduce it commercially without our permission.
